Private parking is available within the building. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. Towels and linens are available for rent upon request and payable on site. The seaside resort of Carnon-Plage is the closest resort to Montpellier (13 km, about 15 minutes drive). It is a family resort with 7 km of fine sandy beaches stretching from the port of Carnon to La Grande-Motte where you will find many activities. You can also find shops and restaurants on the beach or on the port. Local markets are organized 3 times a week during the summer period and a craft market is present on the port every Wednesday.
The property: located in Carnon Ouest, calm and quiet area. Accommodation located a few meters from the beach and about twenty minutes walk from the port and shops.
