Comfortable and spacious semi detached villa (Villa Blue Sea), with private swimming pool, just renovated, facing the beach on the Lungomare fata Morgana (Tonnarella) of Mazara del Vallo. Enjoy the beauties of the area, without the need to use the car. A stone's throw from beaches, restaurants, shops, but above all the beach front.

The villa is located in a beachfront position on the coast of the Lungomare Fata Morgana, and is in an excellent position to visit all the wonders of western Sicily, just 3km from the historic center, 2km from the Capofeto Nature Reserve, 30km from Selinunte (Largest Archaeological Park in Europe), 35Km from Birgi airport (Trapani), and 90km from Palermo airport, sites of marvelous beauty within easy reach, such as Segesta, the Saline, the Cave di Cusa, the Islands Aeolian Islands, Scala dei Turchi ... etc ... The city of Mazara del Vallo is renowned for its maritime tradition (City of Fish), it is in fact one of the most important and ancient seaports in the Mediterranean. The beauty of its sea and its beaches, the excellent cuisine (especially fresh fish, seafood, extra virgin olive oil and wine) will seduce you and make your stay unforgettable. There are dozens of restaurants, pizzerias, pubs and discos, equipped beaches, sandy beaches, rocky beaches and coves, various places of naturalistic interest
The house is located in the middle of a summer residential area, so it is possible to stay comfortably, without needing to have a car. We are able to provide you with travel assistance, such as taxi and/or shuttle services. Recommended instead if you want to visit the surroundings, such as Selinunte, Erice, Le saline, Mothia, etc ... Reserved parking is also included with the booking of the villa.
