Visited the resort February 24! We booked 5 nights at the Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan, but only stay 2 nights, because after visiting the Pueblo Bonito Esmeralda Bay for a day, we were amazed by the resort location, hospitality, food, relaxing atmosphere and the greenery. Then we requested to be transferred to the Esmeralda Bay, we spoke to reservation at the location and they were kind enough to grant our request at no extra cost, for the remaining of our trip...we realy love the Esmeralsa Bay and defenately we are coming back!

Everything was so beautiful. The ocean-front room had amazing views. Every single area of this resort was top-notch. Two pools, such a great variety of food and restaurants. The employees were fabulous! We were treated like royalty. Seriously, they have some of the best people working there. The property itself is very nice! Restaurants are very good, the food is amazing for being an AI. We felt like our service for a little worse at the breakfast as time went on. Antonio at the pool is such a great server! Very attentive, polite. We were upgraded to a master suite with king bed and this room was amazing, however the bed was very firm. We found a couple daytime activities, including pool volleyball, but otherwise just FYI on no Night Activities.
