Located in the heart of a quiet village, this traditional village house has been charmingly restored and features a small, enclosed, lawned courtyard of 44 m² at the rear of the building.
Just a few kilometers from a major road and the Allier gorges, and very close to the birthplace of the famous Marquis de Lafayette, discover unspoiled nature and a rich heritage.
Nearby: Chavaniac-Lafayette (3 km) with its castle and botanical garden, and Langeac (12 km) with its Allier gorges, Jacquemart Museum, river swimming, and all shops and services. On the ground floor, the cottage comprises a living room (TV) with a kitchenette (wood-burning stove, free firewood), a separate lounge (TV, DVD player) with direct access to the private courtyard, and a shower room with a separate toilet.
The bedrooms are located on the first floor: one bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm) (TV), one bedroom with two single beds (90cm) that can be joined together, one bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and one bedroom with a double bed (140cm).
A small bathroom with a toilet completes the accommodation.
