The location is unbeatable, even better than the Clock Tower. You step out of the hotel through its shopping floor, and you’re right in the Haram. There’s a food court on the third floor with plenty of dining options, and Romancia along with several other restaurants are within walking distance. We stayed in a quad room with a divider separating the beds, which was a great layout. The staff were amazing — friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Price-wise, it’s on the higher side, and the shops are also quite pricey, but overall, I really don’t have anything negative to say about this hotel.
