Disliked: Cleanliness
Pas vraiment comme sur l'annonce. Nous avons annulé 3 jours car trop éloigné de ce que nous avons réservé. Certe les jeunes gens de l'accueil sont charmants mais ça ne suffit pas. Une chambre plus petite que prévue, avec une porte qui doit fonctionner avec 1 carte mais à chaque fois il faut appeler pour l'ouverture. En guise de cuisine équipée, il y a 1 frigo, 2 assiettes, 2 verres et 2 fourchettes en aluminium. La salle de bain est dans un état déplorable. A part les serviettes, aucun produits de toilette comme annoncé. Pas de bidet, pas de miroir et pour avoir du papier toilette il faut payer. Pas d'eau xhaude. Le ménage prévu chaque jour n'a jamais été fait. La chambre est non fumeur et pourtant il y a quantité de mégots sur les bacs à plante sur le minuscule balcon. 1 seule chaise pour 2 personnes. L'hôtel fourni chaque jour de l'eau potable, oui mais 100ml par personne, soit 1 verre... Bref, la liste est encore longue. Seul point positif, il est annoncé qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur alors qu'heureusement il y en a 3. Attention, il n'est pas simple de trouver l'accueil et même l'entrée de l'hôtel qui se trouve dans le parking.
