Nice hotel in El Poblado!

The room was quite nice. Very comfortable although they do say the rooms are soundproof which is not the case. You can hear all chatter and movement in the hallways. You can hear all of the bars and nightclubs throughout the evening and early morning even with the patio door closed. I got a text message which is how they communicate with their hotel guest advising that my TV was too loud and to turn down. Meanwhile the bars and nightclubs are still blaring the music until 3 to 4am in the morning! It still way a good hotel even with that small issue! It is in a great location of the El Poblado area. Welcome to Medellin!

Did not respond when trying to cancel and not staying at the hotel. Neither responded to Hotels.com request to issue a resolve at all; "We are currently chasing Nakúa on your request". If they cant even respond that does not shows any proffesionalism. Beware.
