Bad experience at Hotel Class Suites

I am Colombian that lives in the USA. Recently I booked an unit at this bad hotel. I feel sorry about people that are foreigners and fall in this Fake advertisment .The unit does not provide the basic facilities needed to be qualified as suited to be rented, There were not towels nor any table nor the furniture necessary for a pleasant stay. The shower does not have any shelving where you can place any simple soap container. It is a shame to rent this place. I could say that it is a scam. Blame on the owners and administrators that do not have idea what a good service means.

Great place, awesome staff

New hotel. Very clean, plenty of space. Service great and bilingual. Close to buses for transportation. Restaurants, bars, stores and markets walkable or short bus ride away. Great view of City from top. Also good pool and exercise equipment.

Muy lindo, mal servicio

Puedes esperar un apartamento lindo y cómodo, todo es nuevo. Pero no cuenta con las comodidades ni con la operación de un hotel: por ejemplo no hay servicios de limpieza diario, no se informa que se debe agendar previamente, las habitaciones no tienen una dotación básica completa, no resuelven los inconvenientes, si tienes alguna solicitud no es fácil que respondan a ella, no son ágiles en los procesos, por ejemplo el check out o el desayuno, hay residentes en el edificio muy ruidosos. Si quieres descansar o trabajar el tipo de comodidades que te ofrece un hotel, no lo recomendaría. Si quieres un apartamento por un tiempo corto, si, el lugar es muy agradable y con ambiente residencial.
