Nice little hotel in the safe neighborhood. The Good bits: Friendly, helpful staff. Nice rooftop restaurant. Good breakfast. Safe area with lots of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk (especially the restaurant opposite). About 15 minutes walk to the nearest Metro station. The Not-so Good bits: the room (207) was a little sparse with no bedside lamps - just the main light - which made it quite bright and stark. Also, the bathroom was small and poorly designed (the light switch was behind the door, so you had to go in and close the door, then fumble around in the dark for the switch). The rooftop terrace was nice, but didn't open until 8pm. It would have been nice if it opened earlier. We would probably stay here again if we ever returned to Medellin, but would ask for a different room and hope it might be better.

Spent 4 nights, good location near Ave 70 short walk to laureles park. Friendly staff . Room was small especially the Banos. Not made for a tall or large person. Bed was ok. My room faced the street and the noise in the morning was annoying. Not bad for a short stay. Coffee and bakery next door.

They tricked you with wrong pictures

Overall it was a disappointment, at first I decided to book this hotel because the pictures they use to promote their stay are catchy and in which you see wide and confortable spaces with an amazing view of the city. However, as soon as I went into my room I found out that I didn't even had a window to see the city, and right after you open the door you will notice that there is no room for nothing else than the bed, it was the smallest room ever seen. I asked the front desk and they stated that was the room for the price I had paid, I felt tricked because they made me paid for something I didn't know and with the pictures of other rooms that I still wonder if are real. The story won't stop here, besides that craziness, you have to call every single time the front desk to let them know you have to take a shower because hot water is controlled, and NOT HAPPY with that, if you get visitors you have to pay 60 Thousand pesos after 20 minutes visit. It was the worst stay you would ever want to have.

Great hotel, tiny rooms

Excellent hotel, near perfect. Nice rooms, nice showers, excellent hospitality, fantastic location. 2 negatives. One, you can hear everything in the hallway, one room across the hall, we could hear the tv clearly. Also rooms are tiny, with 3 suitcases we barely fit.

Fantastic Terrace, Well Worth It
