Start off with after I purchased I was contacted by Gorge and Yuliana. Who asked if I needed anything. I wanted to see Colombian football so they went above and beyond to make sure I got tickets and concierge service to Atletico Nacional game which was Awesome!! Santiago welcomed me upon arrival with good vibes!! Tomas was great!! The crab Rangoon and Asian wings at the bar were great!! Rock Steady Eddie was my dude with the night crew who was attentive and made sure I had clean towels or anything I needed for the room before I went out to the clubs. I always felt safe and secure with the security team present. Thank You!! Thank You!! I shall return

I’m not a whiner, but the purpose of this trip was to enjoy The rooftop pool and bar with my girlfriend. It was not mentioned anywhere on the Internet, that this part of the facility was closed for renovation .very disappointing to say the least. Now for the plusses , it’s a beautiful property and I can’t say enough about the staff - especially the front desk and restaurant . Everyone went out of their way to make sure that I had what I needed . It is the priciest hotel in Medellín so I guess that is to be expected. also, it didn’t matter to me, but others have noted that they stay here because it is guest friendly. It is most definitely NOT guest friendly. They make you sign a document when you arrive that ANY visitors to your room will be charged US$100. Plan accordingly . I probably will return once the rooftop is opened .
