Didn't have high expectations as it was not a fancy hotel but any means but the rooms were filthy. Must have counted at least 20 but carcuses. This is disappointing as it just comes down to effort. Breakfast was excellent was about the only redeeming quality. Pool was okay but also filthy, debris everywhere. Staff was kind.

It may not be the nicest hotel, some issues with the building itself. But the staff is amazing, the food is amazing, theres an amazing complimentary breakfast, I love this hotel and so does my family.

The room was clean and quiet. Check in ….desk was empty and sign said back in 10 minutes the guy in front of us said it had been 25 already so my husband went looking for the check in person they were helping in the restaurant?

Always my go-to hotel when I go to Medicine Hat. Large, clean rooms. The breakfast is excellent. The staff are friendly and efficient. My grandchildren love the pool and waterside.

The staff was awesome. Friendliest I've experienced. The hotel itself is a pig that needs more than lipstick. Bonus: Weekdays the breakfast is ordered from the menu. It's not bad. Weekend buffet is lacklustre. Pool & waterslide is great. My kid loved it.

Clarion Pointe Hotel Med. Hat. Dirty bedding!!

Sheets weren't clean & pillow cases had black specs on them. I didn't sleep a wink for fear of who's germs were on the sheets. When I demanded my money back they said I needed to inform them before 130am. Didnt see the dirty bedding until 2am. Will never stay at or recommend this hotel!!
