Brother Suhaib's incredible service

We had a major hiccup with our reservation, but Brother Suhaib, the reservations manager, was extremely helpful, respectful, and kind to us. He was very understanding and was able to solve our problem in a timely manner. Br. Suhaib not only resolved our reservation issue but also gave us an upgrade to a very nice room with a Haram view, the best I've seen. My family and I are very thankful for his help, and in sha Allah, we will definitely stay at this hotel again due to his customer service. I will also recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

IT WAS OK, BUT EVERYTHING WAS OLDER, NO UPDATES AS

MUST IMPROVE THE ROOM SERVICE, THEY EVEN DID NOT CLEAN THE ROOM EVERY DAY. THE KEY CARD WAS HORRIBLE. WE HAVE TO GO THE RECIPTIONIST 3 TIMES TO CHANGE THE ENTRY CARD.

The most miserable hotel room I have been to all my life. It looked to me exactly like those one star cheap hotels. I’m talking here about the horrible room 13013.

Hi. Hotel was very good but staff on the reception cheat us we have to pay at hotel SAR 6665.40 in cash once we reached there i paid them SAR 6800 and request for balance SAR130 but they start making excuses that we will pay you later on and gave me a new number to contact someone and they will refund my SAR 130 but no one is helping on phone. I am extremely disappointed from this hotel. As i am travelling a lot for Saudi Arabia i am not staying again in this hotel or any movinpick in Saudi Arabia. Don’t trust on this hotel.
