Main Street “Cozy Nest” Medina, Texas

Kuten sitä kutsumme, "Bunker Haus" on vapaasti seisova kiinteä betonitalo, 1 makuuhuone, 1 kylpy maalaistalo, joka on rakennettu 1960-luvun alusta. Olemme hiljattain kunnostaneet ja päivittäneet mukavasti Main Streetissä, Medinassa, Texasissa.

Makuuhuoneessa on queen size -rautainen sängyn runko, 12 "patja, 2 sivupöytää, vaatekaappina tarkoitettu TV Ar moire, mukava punainen nahkainen lepotuoli, lattiavalaisin, sivupöytä, 32" LED-Smart TV-näyttö, joka voi suoratoistaa WIFI-tilauksia näyttää tai vastaanottaa digitaalisen signaalin.

Keittiönurkkauksessa on yli kokoinen ruostumaton pesuallas, työtaso, mikroaaltouuni, vedenkeitin, crock-potti, keittiövälineet, kupit, mukit ja lautaset. Lisäsimme kaksi kahvinkeittäjää lajikkeelle (a) French Press (b) Standard Drip panimo. Tarjoamme kahvia, teetä, kermavaahtoa, sokeria ja sokerin korvikkeita.

Kylpyhuone: Ladon oven liukuu paljastaen kylpyhuoneen. Laadukas matalan veden wc asennettiin. Kaksi muotoilijaa, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut kiinnikkeet mittatilaustyönä. Uusi lämminvesivaraaja asennettiin. Suihku on kaakeloitu navettapuun näköiseksi posliiniksi.

Ulkopuolella lisättiin laaja kokoinen seetripylvään etukuisti. Istuessasi penkillä voit nauttia aamukahvia tai teetä ja näkymän tielle 337, kukkuloille yli ja kuunnella satunnaisia lehmiä, jotka marssivat tien toisella puolella. Moottoripyöräilijät ja autokerhojen harrastajat ovat myös nähtävyys, kun he uskaltavat "Kolme kierrettyä sisaria" -silmukkaan.

Pieni mökki sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä Old Timer -kaupasta, Little Cottage Quilt -kaupasta, The Core -kahvilasta, Apple-myymälästä, julkisesta kirjastosta, Keese's BBQ: sta, Rautakaupasta ja Medina-joesta.

Takapiha: on jaettu kiinteä BBQ-kuoppa ja piknikpöytät viereisen rakennuksen kanssa. Mukana on myös 2 hevoskenkäpinoa ja hevoskenkä Texasin haasteeseen.
Saatavilla on myös takka ja Adirondack-tuolit.

Super cozy and clean little cabin on main street Medina. Pablo & Rosy were fantastic hosts, and left some yummy snacks for me and my partner to enjoy during our stay. The hot tub was super clean & it was just a nice, quiet hill country retreat. Definitely will be back!

Cozy place for people watching

Great location, especially if you're on a motorcycle. It was a bike rally weekend which made for good entertainment, but by 7pm it was still and quiet. The house only has a microwave, but was clean and stocked. They had a full snack tray that was a nice touch. The only complaint was that they hadn't gotten to the landscaping yet so the grass was tall. Otherwise, it was somewhere I'd consider again if I was in the area.

Perfect Relaxation

This was the perfect quiet, romantic getaway. We enjoyed the amenities and hospitality of our hosts. This is a cement block building so it retains the heat, took a little while to cool down. But even with that we will be returning.

I was so pleased with the Bunker Haus. It was perfect for my week stay in Medina. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I was delighted. The owners, the Aguiars, were responsive to my questions before my arrival, and were readily available if I should have needed them during my stay (I didn't, as everything was in order.) The Bunker Haus had welcoming goodies for me (such a nice treat), as well as information about the area, things to do, historic places to see, restaurant recommendations, etc. I could tell the Aguiars were proud of their VRBO, and were genuinely interested that their guests be happy. I highly recommend the Bunker Haus if you plan to be in the Medina/Bandera area.

Great Small Get-Away Casita

Small, but adequate size for 2 people/couple. Very clean and well appointed. In Medina, small town with limited options but great if goal is to get away from populations. And serves as great location to explore much of the Hill Country.

Unexpected

Other than not having anything late at night or late in the afternoon made it a little bit off we gathered what we needed or were going to use the next day from the next town over which is Bandera or Kerrville but it was totally unexpected awesome... I wish we had a motorcycle to cruise on the twists and turns of all those roads around

Quite place to stay!

We really enjoyed the property. It was very well stocked and the owners leave quite a selection of goodies for you to enjoy! We also enjoyed watching the many deer that would show up both morning and evening. Loved the location….worked so well for us while we were visiting friends in Bandera. I have two suggestions for the owner that would make the stay even better…..first, add a second comfortable chair to the sitting room by moving the kitchen table more into the kitchen, then move the red chair over with the armoire in the middle and the new chair in the corner and remove the large table by the door. Second….get a few stools or luggage racks and set them in front of the bedroom windows.

Relaxing weekend

My husband and I wanted to get away for a nice and relaxing weekend. We have a ranch with plenty of work daily. Needed to get away for our Anniversary, this location was close enough and yet still far enough to enjoy. Bed was comfortable, the house itself was very cozy. Enjoyed every minute we were there.

Small cabin in Medina

The cabin is adorable and the location was perfect for us. My daughter and I were there for my sons wedding and this location is within a few miles of everything we wanted to go. I will be staying again. I would like to add this was my first time to use VRBO and am happy to say Pablo made it a good experience.
