First when I went to check in they told me I have multiple rooms booked under same reservation? I tried to tell them I booked 1room with king bad that I already paid for it’s take 1:30 min to get the room When enter the room the freezer wasn’t working When I call they came in and changed to other one Next day water coming through the ceiling in the bathroom When I call they told me someone coming right way No one showed up I called them again in the morning They told they going to shift us to another room 3 hours later I called again where is the room They said sorry we don’t have room available Meanwhile maintainers doing the work That being said I paid two days of money for nothing Overall bad experience we felt disappointed that we didn’t get what we paid for

I truly had a truly wonderful stay at Saja Al Madinah Hotel. The hotel is very beautiful, extremely clean, and in a perfect location — just about an 8-minute walk to Al-Masjid An-Nabawi and surrounded by a lively area with everything you need. The staff were excellent and very welcoming, especially the lovely ladies at the reception. I enjoyed a really kind and memorable conversation with a staff member named Asmaa thank you Asmaa, all my love and appreciation to you. This hotel made my stay in Madinah even more special.
