The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house built in 2010, was renovated in 2020 and is furnished in a modern, typical regional style and in a functional manner. The property is situated in a residential area, in the village centre. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property over the panorama and its quiet, sunny location. This holiday property is family-friendly accommodation. For exclusive use are available: garden shower, barbecue facilities, garden furniture and courtyard.

Medulin, district Fucane. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
