It was all one could ask for, very clean and conveniently located in the CBD. Little things that are recommended would be a towel rail in the bathroom, a bathmat, an extra pillow or two, a microwave would have been extremely welcome, but overall all the reviews are pretty spot on as in favourable to this hotel.

We stayed there for 4 nights early April. The room is very big and comfortable with a sofa, coffee table and a desk and chair! What we mostly like it's the convenience, it's very close to Southern Cross station that makes transportation real easy. Also it's a prime area with lots of restaurants. Will stay there again next time.

Got checked-in early which is very convenient. Very friendly reception staffs. Housekeeping was spot on. However, there are some damaged electrical point inside the room. Overall, our stay was great.

Have stayed a number of times before and will do again but we have a had better rooms other times. Ok for this trip as it was a quick one but would like a nicer room next time. Friendly helpful staff and great location

The check in staff was quite rude and arrogant. The room conditions was moderate, however the heating system was not work, upon complaining the staff checked and noticed that there was wires disconnected. Portable heater was given but it was too small to keep the room heated.
