The photos are completely different to the rooms. The balcony is very small can hardly fit 2 people. We had booked a room and they told us it’d fit 6 people on the balcony which was a complete lie and refused refund! Don’t book with them every again

Booked this property as it was an apartment room based on what we needed for our stay as working remotely from home. However, Property wifi had a leakage and we booked for 5 nights, therefore, everyday the guy keep coming to fix it . Wasted our time waiting for the guy to come to fix it but never resolved until the 3rd day only they provide a new router. Service is bad. Lady at the front desk was not helpful and she gave a rude eye when we kept asking her to send someone to the room to fix the wifi. Was a terrible stay there and no compensation provided based on the inconvenience caused. - Gym was close throughout the entire visit as it was on maintenance. Property did not advice pre-check in or prior to check in. Another facilities we booked for their property and unable to use it throughout our stay. - Sink was clog as the sink plug unable to open to release the water. - Definitely not worth the price that we paid for this property. Such a disappointment.

No dryer as per the advertisement. Only 4 beds available instead of 5 in spite of having it on the booking. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Beds just OK. Very noisy due to the neighbouring train stations. Views were great...

Staff were not friendly and nothing was explained very well. No book in our room with front desk phone numbers, local dining options, Melbourne sights etc. Our room was very grotty. Huge sticky patches on the floor in multiple locations, a heap of previous guests' hair and very dusty on the floor. The couch was very stained and dirty. We felt very uncomfortable sitting on it. The pillows were huge and uncomfortable. The air con didn't reach the bedroom. The roll away bed was hard as a rock. We had 3 guests in our room but only 2 cups, 2 little milks etc. The location was great for us as we were visiting the Melbourne Convention Centre, but that was our only positive. The gym was also great but needed to be properly maintained. Cleanliness was an issue, it was very smelly and no water dispenser. Wouldn't stay there again.

Great stay in the city, room was clean and had plenty of space. Check in and check out was a smooth process. Staff are really lovely. Only negative was the smell of cigarettes (in a non-smoking room). Overall a great choice. Would stay again.

We had a good short stay at Aura on Flinders. The flat was small but serviceable and had all the basics. They allowed us an early check in which was most helpful, and the flat was clean with a great view of the river. The kitchen had just 2 of everything (2 plates, 2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 bowls etc) which was a little inconvenient. The sofa was really too small for 2 people to both sit comfortably. So it was great for a short stay but not ideal for more than a few days. Overall good stay though.
