Had trouble with accessing our room a few times. Need to walk back and forth from the reception. It is quite a distant too. The room is spacious, bathroom is nice but the shower is not practical. Dinner was ok.. the food is not as good as it used to be a few years back. The swimming was under reno and we were not made aware of that.

Hotel’s at a pretty location. Room was pretty clean and in good condition. Staff was not so friendly unfortunately when ask to book the restaurant for dinner, she asked me to check with the restaurant directly. No preference for hotel guests for wine tasting, you have to book in advance. The gym was quite run down that the pool was under maintenance and the trackmill was out of order.

Lovely room with garden view. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom and luxury toiletries. Breakfast was very good and dinner in the restaurant delicious. However choice was limited to a grazing or set menu. Those having the grazing menu were asked to sit in a separate area, on their own, although the restaurant was half empty, which felt a bit unwelcoming.

A rather wonderful oasis with both fine dining and wine tasting onsite, both of which we enjoyed very much. The room was also very nice. Reception staff attention to detail and knowledge was middling so recommend that the management consider actions there.
