The room was spacious and clean and was in a great location although the outside of the building was a bit deceiving with the area being a bit ‘dirty’, but inside was quite the opposite. Only issue we found was the trains and trams were quite loud and it was not sound proof really at all.

We had an amazing stay at the Brady Apartment/ Hotel in Melbourne. Loved being in the CBD. So comfortable & within walking distance to nice restaurants & train station.

Loved our stay here. Staff were very friendly and rooms very well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Pool and Spa were great. Only let downs were the noisy heat pump and bad water pressure in the shower also no TV in bedrooms. Overall very happy with stay and will definitely stay again.

Ok location for exploring Melbourne.

Air conditioning in room didn’t work for the first 3 days (2nights), one of our key cards was taken by the cleaning staff. We noticed crumbs on the table, and makeup from the previous people on bathroom floor. Air conditioning was leaking water on the bed and on the lounge when it finally was working. Location of the hotel was handy being near Southern Cross Train station for arriving by Skybus, and handy tram stations nearby. View from balcony was of the next door building’s roof were deck chairs and tables had been thrown, discarded. Nothing really to look at. Staff in reception were friendly.

Really nice hotel - enjoyed.

Really nice hotel. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the kitchen was poorly stocked. They had one glass to drink from and then odd numbers of dishes, silverware, etc. It made drinking for 2 people difficult.

We loved the 2 bedroom suite that we stayed at. We had a road trip to Great Ocean Road, and we stayed at Brady both before and after the road trip, and the hotel allowed us to store some luggages there during our road trip.

We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was very spacious! The area around is very convenient. Walkable to many great restaurants and shops, plus the free trams in CBD. Staff service was excellent.
