Spotlessly clean, great staff. Quiet room and large bathroom. Comfortable bed, although pillows are flat and had to ask for a better one (provided). No toaster though and only serviced every three days which isn’t so good when you’re showering twice a day in summer. 10/10 to Fia, and all staff, we loved our stay! Close to everything…city, lake, Sth Melb, Albert Park etc. If there was a feedback form in the room, we’d have left most privately but still giving 5 stars.

2nd time of staying at the apartments, room and beds are lovely and good location. If you do stay bring extra hangers as you only get 4 per room.

The room was spacious and comfortable . The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great only 7 minutes walk from the new ANZAC Metro Tunnel station. One thing to be aware of is the car park. There is an extremely steep driveway into the car park. Also the car park is not designed to accomodate large wide SUV's.

Room was reasonably clean. There were cereal crumbs under the edge of the bed which imI only found because i dropped something and had to get it from under the bed. Very quiet. Staff were helpful.

The aircon kept turning off and didn’t cool the room it stayed at 33. One side of the bed was uncomfortable and was sinking in. No phone to call reception. The shower started dripping after four hours after four hours after use. Ironing board had a stain and the iron had sticky stuff on it. Breakfast wasn’t offered or supplied. No bottle water supplied. We couldn’t use the lift or the car park without a team member.

The gentlemen on reception was welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and tidy and well resourced. I stayed on the 4th floor and there was no traffic noise. I have reviewed some of the other comments made by past guests and must admit that my experience was the total opposite of some of the negative feedback I sighted. The facility appeared to be very well run and professional. I was extremely happy with the stay and will most definitely be a returning guest.
