Whilst in a good location, the condition of this property was terrible. There are multiple powerpoints that are faulty which pose a safety risk. The rooms are not the cleanest. However the staff were generally helpful.

The shower curtain in the bathroom was gross...it needs replacing. Generally the bathroom was filthy and needed a deep clean. Common areas and bedroom also needed a good clean. It would be more pleasant to stay there if it was adequately cleaned. Great location for what we needed, so it would be wonderful if it could be cleaned properly and gradually renovated...

It's a fine 3 star hotel. It is what I expected. I only came here to sleep for one night. Bed was good. Amenities were good. The toilet and bathroom were small in my room. Overall, for a solo traveller, it's a fine hotel/motel. Don't expect a great hotel room.

The Standard Twin Room we stayed in on the 4th floor was in pretty poor shape. Pretty sure the window was missing one of the panes of glass because there was a full window and then a half window in front of it on the inside, so there was almost no noise reduction from the street outside. Holes and stains on the carpet, but it appeared to be clean at least. The shower was lovely.
