KeVaughan at the front desk went over and beyond to be kind to everyone. I witnessed him greeting/checking in/helping many people over our 3 day stay. With a smile, he made everyone feel welcome, appreciated as if we were in the finest luxury hotel. This hotel is very clean, comfy beds/ pillows. We enjoyed our stay.

Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. A second chair would be nice. When eating a meal in the room, only one person can sit properly. The afternoon shift desk clerk was friendly and helpful. I can't say that for the morning shift clerk. Both regular coffee dispensers were empty in the breakfast room our first morning there. Breakfast options were just so-so. The parking situation is what will keep me from returning. Sharing parking with the seedy hotel next door had us returning to the hotel before sunset every evening, cutting our daytime activities short.
