Liked: Professional happy staff. The macaroons left on a plate for my Mum's birthday. The view from the window. The comfortable beds. The shower hot water and pressure. Didn't like: Room doors slamming. Glass areas in the room got finger marked easily. Corridor carpets look tired and not super clean although very difficult being high traffic areas. Breakfast drinks area is squashed with guests standing over each other. No hand sanitizer around. We are all touching serving spoons same buttons for drink options etc. In saying all this we have returned and we thoroughly enjoyed our night away from home. We would like to think we'll stay again in the future. We find it easy to get to and interesting if we have a casino river view.

Relaxing swim before leaving

We had a long trip home so before we left we went to the pool- the hotel kept our bags for us we checked out and relaxed until we were ready to leave for home. Thank you so much for that.

It's a great location, close to public transport and its location affords guest a great choice of dining experiences within walking distance. It's a minor thing, but our room appeared to lack any overhead lighting, thereby making it a little difficult to find anything at night.
