The gentleman at the front desk is always fantastic, they were very accommodating letting my partner park the car and check in early while I was still busy with the army on ANZAC Day. Perfect location for a long weekend stay. So close to the trams and Southern cross station. Denis and the team were very welcoming. The shower with 2 different taps was a bit temperamental but that’s the only complaint. Would definitely consider staying again
