Accessibility great. Access to city and Southbank, esp arts centre area and events so close. ALL staff friendly and helpful. Brekkie included also useful. Only downer was a loud air conditioning unit in my room.

Efficient service and good breakfast

Very efficient service and a wide range of food, including both hot and cold available at the complementary buffet breakfast. They also looked after our luggage on the last day after checkout which was very helpful as we had a late flight.

Great Hotel free upgrades. Beautiful buffet breakfast. Very clean hotel. Only thing no water provided in fridege must bring your own. Only access to water was from a tap in the bathroom. And bring your tissues and hand wipes.

Loved our stay

We had an upgrade because the first room had a broken toilet sit. We didn't ask for it, the hotel just gave it to us. We booked on line and paid before we got there so they offered $1.00 a day parking. We also had free breakfast which was wonderful. Great start to our day in the city. Loved our stay.
