This hotel is conveniently within walking distance to Melbourne airport - actually the other side of the airport carpark. We walked from the airport to the hotel late at night - not too far. Even tho dated - still comfortable. Buffett cooked breakfast wasn’t kept quite hot enough.

Convenient Airport Location

Warm friendly welcome & efficient check in. Convenient location at the airport with either a few minutes walk or shuttle bus was available. Room was well appointed. The curtains didn’t close properly hence the lights from the airport shone through making the room too light for sleep quality and only 1 power point in the bedroom & 1 in the bathroom made it difficult to charge devices. Check out was efficient. Staff were very helpful. We would stay again in the future.

The hotel was very convenient at the airport. Shuttle service was friendly and efficient. Employees were all friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. Good breakfast. I appreciated the late check out.

The hotel is very outdated. Poor value for money. For another $40 I could have stayed at Park Royal, with better quality rooms, bedding and facilities. Holiday inn at Mel airport has poor standards a for what you pay for. Every other Holiday Inn, breakfast is included, not at Mel Airport branch.

Staff were quite good but room facilities were poor.No cutlery or crockery. No extra blanket in room I used a towel to keep warm and my jacket.Slept in my track suit top.The whole room needed a spruce up.Coffee shop had little to offer and breakfast was just ok.
