There was a good selection of food at breakfast. However all of the "hot" dishes, the bacon, mushrooms etc, were ice cold, and the potato was undercooked.

As soon as we got out of the car, we were greated by the friendly and funny valet. He was super helpful giving us a list of options. The check in staff was great, able to get us an earlier check in. The room was stunning with great corner views of how much we were going to shop and melbourne.

Staff were fantastic. I don’t think the rooms were worth what we paid for. I have stayed in better Motels for less. I booked 2 rooms and there were inconsistencies between both.Ice bucket in one room but not in the other. Wine glasses weren’t clean with fingerprints on them. Why no toilet brush in the toilets? Front line staff were fantastic.
