This was our second time in this building and the views of the harbour are great. However, there are new apartments being built around 915 Collins St, which is pity.

Great Views, but Bad Communication
The place is in a great location and the views are amazing!
Only downside is that they do not communicate very well.
I sent them 3 emails asking about a late checkout and luggage storage and did not hear back from them. Very annoying!
I thought the property could have had a little more ambiance, maybe a pot plant (plastic), and a table on verandah to put drinks/food on, the photos in room had no relevance to Melbourne at all???!!!

Communication was poor tried calling for instructions and never got a return call instead just got text messages. Plus the key pick up and drop off is not on the property which is very inconvenient for travelling

Correspondence non existent, very different from our previous booking!!
Two apartments below us had parties very late, very very noisy and disruptive with police being called by someone as it escalated to outside fighting!! The apartment upstairs was also very noisy which sounded like a football being kicked around continuously. We will not be staying again for the fear of this happening again, the apartment is amazing but this stay was spoilt!!
The rooms are spacious and the cost is fairly good. Great location for staying and running in the morning.

I've been staying here for over a month due to a long-term project, and every day, I'm captivated by the stunning view.
I stayed with my family with a toddler, and they all simply loved it.
The apartment I chose itself is spacious, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a gas stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, and more.
It's been a fantastic place to call home during my stay.

A wonderful and lovely stay in Melbourne City
My family enjoyed our stay in this property. Wonderful, spacious and great!
Great apartment with amazing views in 3 directions of the Docklands, city and bay. Great balcony. Excellent for family get together of 4 (easily fit 7-8). Comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Check in located a few blocks away, but good communication. Easy walk to Marvel stadium. Woolies a few blocks away and 15 minute walk to Southern cross station. 2 minutes walk to tram stop. Lovely walk along boardwalk, but unfortunately not many dining options open nearby. Bathroom and shower nice and clean, but terrible water pressure and dodgy shower heads in both showers. Ensuite door swollen with water damage and smells mouldy. Insufficient tea towels, but plenty of bath towels. Blinds on all the windows which helps to block out some light (not great for sleeping in though). Nice looking pool though we didn’t use. Would stay here again if there was a group of us.
