Difficult to order room service and missing items when it arrived. Pool was cold. Hotel desk staff were very good, cleaning staff blocked hallway with trollies and vacuum cleaners. Room service trays left at doors most of the day.

I have stayed here twice in the past month. The beds were comfy, staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The location is great. If you're planning on eating in, rethink that plan. On both stays, I was told what I wanted to order from the menu they had run out of, so I ended up with Ubereats, the first order being a bowl of fries!

Beautiful property, looks new! We had a really spacious room and were very happy with the reception and room services. Parking was a breeze and daily service meant always a spic and span room to return to at night!

The hotel was very nice, well located, excellent service and options. There was a problem with the TV that was constantly disconnecting from WiFi. Also some bigger cups for tea would have been better, and shower caps. Overall it was a nice place to stay and we would definitely come back.
