My Stay at the Novotel was good, however at 5.30am I encounter very little Hot water in the Shower. It took a good 10minutes to finally come good. The following day I was aware of this so turned the shower on ahead of hoping in. I was on the 14th Floor so whether there is a water delay it maybe something you want to check out. Other than that, the Staff were pleasant, and I enjoyed my stay. I was attending an Exhibition & Conference, so location is brilliant. Thank you and I would recommend the Novotel.

I would stay again

The room was comfortable and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Dinner at the property was nice and the services was second to none. Breakfast wasn’t the best but still ok.
