Best location, especially if shopping or going to the theatre, fabulous and friendly staff. Great room. Heads up - book table at roof top bar Blossum. Great bar but couldn’t stay for dinner or drinks as no room available. Otherwise love love love this hotel. Everything you need.

None of the phone numbers work and there appears to be no way to contact the hotel once I had left the physical premises. very poor. Avoid this hotel.
