We were very happy with our apartment. Everything was clean and quiet and it had everything we needed. The pull out sofa bed was a little bit flimsy. The surrounding area had everything we needed (good shopping, eateries, activities) and it was quiet and we felt safe. The staff were very lovely and accommodating! We would happily stay again!

Quest appartments, Frankston was perfect for our needs. The price was good as one of us had a planned hospital stay during our visit. It is a little dated but very roomy with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Staff were proactive and helpful. I recieved an email stating that Reception staff trying to alert me to the front desk closing at 2100 (I hadn't yet arrived), which I wasn't aware of from the preliminary information. Also, the hot water in the top floor apartment was just a trickle. I was moved to a higher grade apartment (ground floor) at no extra cost, but the hot water flow was still particularly strong. I suspect this is probably common to the whole establishment.

Our 2 bedroom was spacious and well equipped with a kitchen a bathroom/laundry. It was showing a little wear and tear from previous occupants. There was a small hole in the plaster in the main bedroom, and scratch marks on the floor of the main bath. Check in was easy and the staff member very professional and friendly. Would be happy to stay hear again.

Hotel needs an upgrade. Physical keys needed to access the entry and room. Couch in the living room was in a very poor condition. Water pressure in the shower was bad. We got woken up by a couple fighting in front of their daughter outside at 3am, not what I expected from a Quest and the money I paid for the hotel.
