Fantastic location and friendly helpful staff. The unit needs some upgrades to be top shelf. Stove top has two speeds, stop and flat out. Chopping board, cutting knife and frypan were quite dismal. Lounge wasn’t comfortable. Otherwise everything was wonderful. Hope these things can be fixed before next visit.

It was on a quiet back street within 3-4 minutes walk to the main street. The staff were efficient and friendly. There were great dining options nearby and it was a short walk to St Kilda beach and the sea baths.

Very good location near beach, bars, cafes and restaurants, while still situated on a quiet area (with a church across the street--being renovated). Staff very helpful. Fitness room very cold with some bikes (not fitness bikes) stored there. In-room WiFi had dead spot in work area so had to conduct early-morning Zoom meeting from reception area where signal was strong. In-room kitchenettes a useful feature. Would book again but would ask for room with strong WiFi signal.

The apartment has everything you could need for a short or longer stay. It's close to alot of dining options and it's only a short walk to the St. Kilda pier. Secured parking for a fee.

Great Location

Easy check in & parking convenient. Walking distance to Acland St. and Palais theatre. Room lovely, whole apartment. Very nice and accommodating receptionist. Next morning breakky at au natural (can’t remember the spelling) just down the road, lovely.

The place a bit hard to find like located in a small road. There is easy to follow late check in instruction. There is only one lift and it is quite shaky. Carpark need to pay AUD 25 per day.

Geeat location, very close to St Kilda tram. Room was clean and very suitable for our needs. We saw on the advertisement for this property that there was 24 hour shuttle available. That was not the case as the hotel has no shuttle at all. When asked, they said they can recommend any of the shuttles from the airport, ut that did not help us when we arrived after a 15 hour flight. Also advertised was a continental breakfast available but was actual some cerial for sale at the front desk. Except for the shuttle and the breakfast I would have rated them 10 / 10
