I paid $200 deposit and I’m still waiting for refund. After contacting them they tell me they are keeping $100 for apparently smell of smoke- funny because I don’t smoke. But still waiting on refund on remaining $
Very bad form
The property was very run down for the price they charge.
Staff were uninterested.
The room ? had been serviced and there were 4 sachets of coffee some tea bags two milk no cutlery even plastic.
Asked for more milk and received 2 small containers and a desert spoon !!! on the whole a very run down accommodation.

Overpriced, very mediocre.. Reception staff miserable, lucky the house keepers/cleaners were better.
Nice hotel on St Kilda Road at a reasonable price. Had a function near Albert Park so was in a perfect location as only a short walk to the venue. Some nice cafes nearby for morning breakfast/coffee. Easy tram access to the city if required.
Have stayed plenty of times before over many years and has been our preference. Has seriously deteriorated in appearance and cleanlines. Filthy windows, floors, balcony, blinds, skirting boards. Pillow covered in black marks. Blind won't stay up and falls down. Bed in our Queen Room was a double that we didn't discover until we returned at midnight. Staff could not provide instructions regarding their own car parks. Got trapped in the car lift. Spent literally an hour checking in while stuffing around with car lifts and car parks when staff could not give a clear answer. Car lift beeping sensors weren't working. Never answer phone, never return calls up to 3 days prior. Upgraded one of the guests rooms when my parents got trapped in the car lift for 20 mins. Inadequate lighting for make up application. Carpets in common areas were disgusting and stretched and a trip hazard. Will never stay again!
I really enjoyed my stay. The room had all the amenities you needed, was comfortable and a great location to the tram stop right out the front. My 7yo is now jealous that he didn't get to try the car elevator for the on-site parking and wants me to book again!
Swipe left... if you like cleanliness, I would not recommend this property. Long hair found all over the apartment. Couch not cleaned and it stunk. Holes in the carpet. Holes in walls. Filthy balcony. In-room coffee/tea facilities consisted of 2 coffee, 4 sugar sachets and 2 tiny pots of milk. I would be surprised if this property remains in business for much longer
