Furthermore, expanding out to the beautiful alfresco decking area and overlooking a peaceful garden setting, including outdoor dining, BBQ and fire pit available for guests to enjoy.

Entertainment is generous with TV, DVD, Nintendo 64, Books, Board Games and Puzzles available in the teenager’s retreat (Bedroom 3)

Bathroom facilities include master with ensuite and main bathroom with double vanity, separate bath, toilet and shower.
Laundry facilities include washing machine, airer, clothes line, iron, iron board.
Secure off street parking available for 4 cars, in addition side access parking ideal for boats or trailers.
