Room was nice but on the smaller side. Bedding was very comfortable. Fridge is tiny. View was great! Only complaint is that housekeeping did not attend until we complained several times over a 6 day stay.

General speaking it’s good place to stay in Melbourne, good location, clean room with many amenities. But it’s not like regular hotel that the room will clean every day. There will be additional charges if you wanted the room to be cleaned. I don’t realize that when I booked this hotel, a little surprise but it’s ok.

Great except for bed

Unfortunately crumbs and toe nail clippings were in the sheets I slept in. Also a normal sheet instead of a fitted sheet on the bed, which made it uncomfortable. Everything else was great, although taking multiple elevators took some getting used to
