Amazing stay right in the heart of Melbourne

Hotel staff were wonderful and everything was done for us, from the valet parking to delivering and collecting our luggage at checkout. They welcomed us as VIP’s. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and exceptionally well appointed. The doors are hands-free and the bathroom was massive. The location is fabulous right in the heart of the Melbourne CBD but entry/exit to the motel was easy despite it. Loved our stay and definitely somewhere we will stay again.

The property’s location is excellent. The hotel just needs some renovation, there is no outlet on the bedside tables, no clock either. Little things but would be nicer to have them. Staff is excellent. Very very helpful. I would recommend this property however there is construction right next to the building.
