Reat place to stay. convenient to the city at a very reasonable price. good breakfast and plenty of options. would have like a bit of grilled tomato at the buffet but that's a personal preference. It's definitely now on my go to list whenever I come to Melbourne

I arrived 1.5 hrs earlier at Hotel as it was the only convenient time to be dropped off. I understood that check in was at 3pm and hopefully get into the room earlier. Foyer music was repetitive and not feeling well as I had two heart procedure scheduled for the next day. I finally went up to reception at 2.55pm and asked when is my room available as I noticed other people were being checked in ages before the check in time. Seemed to be no hydration facilities in the foyer, repetitive music, no consumer service to see if I was ok after such a long time waiting. Maybe reception needs to be more active than hiding behind fake walls behind reception. I was too ill to redeem my commentary drink with the booking. Thankfully my two heart operations worked out well.
