The hotel only had 1 person to check-in with 10 people waiting. When I got into the room, the tv didn’t work, about an hour came into my room to fix it. I probably will not use this kinds of hotel in the future.

We stayed in room 1008. Lovely room, except the shower wall has a hole in it near the handle. The soap holder was rusted & loose. I think those need to be updated/replaced/fixed. My girlfriend & I also thought the soap was too strong. The scent was overbearing. We also didn't like that our room didn't come with a microwave, but there was a mini refrigerator. Just thought that was weird. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Beware - you might not get a room!

I prepaid the room and parking charges, but when we showed up to check in, we were told there were no rooms...and the experience only went downhill from there. The front desk staff never apologized and kept saying it was our problem to solve; they could not have been less helpful or solution-oriented. They eventually "found" a room, but that was after over 30 minutes of discussion. I am also a front desk agent at a hotel, so I feel particularly well--qualified to note that nearly everything should have been handled better.
