Room was nice but there was apparent water damage in the bathroo. And one light was out. Location was close to where we wanted to be and reasonable. Additional overnight parking charge (expected).

Stay...just don' plan to use the pool on a Sunday.

Probably will not stay at this hotel over a weekend... The hotel itself was great and we loved Biscuits and Jams but the other guests were rude and inconsiderate. Nothing that the Hotel Indigo could do anything about; however, had I known before arrival that there was a loud pool party every Sunday, all day long, and that the other guests made it quite clear we were not welcome to use the pool I could have either prepared my family or made other arrangements. It's a pity, too. The hotel was pretty cool and the pool area looked pretty fun in the hotel photos.

Beautiful hotel in a very sketchy part of Memphis. Also, parking was a very expensive add on on top of the price of your room. No breakfast either. Better value elsewhere.

The bedsheets appeared slept in and wrinkled, with spills, and hair, and crumbs under the nightstands, and hair on the pillows. The shower leaked both from the showerhead and out the door. This was not the level of quality I’ve come to expect from Hotel Indigo based on experiences at other locations.
