Hotel was in a great location and reception staff were uber friendly. Our room was a suite so we had a separate lounge which was really useful. Breakfast was really good, and value for money. The roof bar view is to die for and again staff couldn’t have been more welcoming.

Not the same place I stayed before.

I have stayed at this location before and thought it was nice. Not so much this time. I get holding a card for incidentals, 75 dollars worth. The hotel is not that great. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and those pillows are the worst! I feel like I should be paid to sleep in that bed. Everything else was meh.

Is not a Luxury Hotel. They did try with renovations, but should not be listed as a luxury hotel. The carpet needs to be replaced Bradley, as it’s severely discolored, dust & bugs in the vanity mirror.

Enjoyable stay

This a comfortable hotel which is in reach of many local attractions. It has a spacious lobby/lounge area, option to use the gym opposite and the balcony has great views of the city and river. The room itself was comfortable and had a small sofa as well. The bathroom was a decent size and the beds were comfortable but would have like a few more options for pillow heights. The only thing that really let it down was the bedroom carpets which could do with a deep clean to get rid of the stains of which there were quite a few.

Amazing stay at the Hu Hotel

We stayed here for about 4 days and 3 nights for my significant others birthday. That staff were extremely helpful and kind. Our room was very spacious, we booked the Junior kind suite and it was just as I expected. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, we just wish we would’ve made time for the rooftop bar.

The hospitality was absolutely amazing. They provided my family and I with a beautiful view of Memphis. The room was extremely clean! Wish I could have stayed longer! Will definitely lodge here for future visits!

Great spot in downtown Memphis. Room showed some where but not dirty just the regular where you’d expect. Staff was super nice, and the view from the rooftop bar is impeccable; just watch out for sketers. Super close to everything’s will defo stay again.

The staff was amazing- friendly and helpful. The photos of the rooms on the website (or at least the room we were in) did not match the room in person. They were well lit - our room was dark - no brick walls - carpet is very unclean - no ice machine on the floors, you have to call and order it anytime you need it. Also that “pull out couch/bed?” Not even sure what that is …. I am not a picky person when it comes to hotels but advertise correctly - parking is not included, nor is the breakfast - also ok, but let’s add that to your website and booking details as well. I have to reiterate- the staff was excellent! But the room we were given was not it at all.

the staff are awesome specially dedrick the bellman who went above and beyond to grant our request. also miss Linda is so sweet she is like family giving us hugs and kisses when we checked out. all of the sraff in the front desk are very accomodating too bad i didnt remember their names. its just too dark in the room but i like that i just have to walk to the building that i need to go too.
