The property was decent. The room was clean, spacious, staff were friendly. But I was informed that they don’t have cleaning service on daily bases and only offer every third day when I informed them that my room was not cleaned the following day. I stayed only two nights. The property clearly says daily cleaning service. If I would have known this I would have picked a different property.

We stayed for 7 days, and found the location to be very convenient to everything in Collierville and Germantown. The room was quiet, staff was friendly and accommodating, and our room was quiet.

A Precious Gem

The staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean and very spacious. The living room area was nice and welcoming for me to relax after a long day of travel and meetings. And the buffet breakfast was welcoming and inclusive to persons with varying diet restrictions. I enjoyed my stay.

Rooms are older and dingy and are in need of sprucing up. The bathroom is tiny. The room was warm and turning the ac down didn’t seem to help too much. I love the space and the couch area. Breakfast was a hit and had several good choices.

A little dated but otherwise good

Good hotel but needs updating a little. Great friendly staff lots of parking. Good powerful shower and spacious rooms. Pillows a little flat and empty. Good breakfast with good selection of cereal, we wondered if there were waffles and they went and made some for us. Just missing the American bacon.
