Rooms were very clean staff was very nice and professional. Breakfast was excellent. The only thing no microwave in the rooms you have to go to the main lobby to warm food. We we’re stuck in the winter storm so we prepared by bringing extra food and wanted to warm up our soup but had to go to the lobby. Other than that the staff was extremely nice friendly and the rooms were excellent.

This was a horrible misrepresentation of what the hotel actually was. To begin the lobby and entry way was less tha desirable to start. The elevator operated as if it was about to fall apart mid floors. The room was dated and gloomy. The beds were uncomfortable and the stay was really unpleasant. Definitely was the Hyatt Place I'm used to.

The team working here was SO friendly and kind. Areas of the hotel are a little run down but we were only there for 1 night so it was fine. Everything was very convenient to the hotel. There was a Starbucks just across the street and you’re right off the interstate. Convenience made up for a lot.

The room was very clean and well put together, you’re met with a friendly staff. The breakfast was great, the only thing in my opinion that could be better is a coffee selection. The coffee was watered down instant. I will definitely stay again. I would also like to add the location is great, restaurants and stores all around.

The rooms smell of old cigarettes, the carpet is stained all over, the hotel itself looks abandoned from the outside with dirty windows and dead plants. The air vent was filthy, I used my Lysol wipes to clean it. I will post the photos. If you have allergies, don’t stay there. The breakfast was bread, yogurt, donut holes and cereal, it appears to be run by one big family, it’s run poorly.
