Around 2am awoke to a hot smell in our room. The AC unit was blowing out hot air. The room temperature increased by 10 degrees in 10 min. Called the desk, they brought us a fan. Turned off the unit but it continued to blow out hot air and had a hot smell. Gave up and checked out at 3:30am

Hotel was not in a very safe place, the restaurant right beside it was full of trouble and we left after being patted down and eyed by some of the patrons that made sure we were not the type to dine there. The hotel smelled of weed all the time and it was not like a second hand smoke type. It was more like cultivated weed was in that building. Room was clean and staff was ok but it was not a great place for me and my honey and we would never stay anywhere near Graceland again.

I want to rate this hotel higher but I can’t. The rooms were clean and good, but the hallways absolutely stank with the odor of pot. It’s obvious that the hotel tolerates people going into the hallways and smoking pot.

Great location between Memphis International Airport, downtown and midtown, Short distance to Beal Street, Red Birds Baseball, the Memphis Zoo and the Brooks Art Museum. The staff is very friendly. The daily house keeping is excellent. The rooms are basic, but very clean, quiet and comfortable. Good price. will stay there again!
