For the price it was good I was glad my cat can stay. Didn't like the $20 extra for nothing it was not damaged because of the pet deposit. A dog I understand but a cat. Noisy couple at 2:00 in the morning arguing.

The room was clean, but the other facilities were falling apart. Lights in the elevator were blinking. The doors to the outside that said they were to remain locked at all times didn’t even latch.

Staff greeted me upon arrival. Our room was ready early and staff gave us a map of the local area. We signed up to take there shuttle to Graceland the next morning. Graceland is only a few blocks away.They also picked us up. Our room was clean, nice bedding and comfortable bed but the frame was made of tin and made lots of noise if you moved. The area was industrial, lots of trucks, noisy highway. Not Clean but neither was Elvis Presley Blvd. A Mexican restaurant and bar next door. Must be good as it was always busy. Breakfast was ok. Juice machine was out of order. So no juice. Water, tea and coffee to drink. Breakfast area could off been kept cleaner. Liked the water machine in hallway. Good for the price. Friendly staff.

Property smells badly of marijuana. Next door Mexican restaurant requires a wand and frisk for weapons and knives. Car park lock was broken. Door lock did not work properly, mirror was broken, toilet did not flush correctly without over flowing. Breakfast OJ machine broken.

Memphis Stay

Night shift clerk was very friendly! We really enjoyed talking to her! The next morning staff left a lot to be desired. The hair conditioner was out in the room. When I went down to ask for some in the morning, ( because the room phone had no cord), I was told to ask the housekeeper. And that they would also let her know to bring some. I never saw the housekeeper. When I let them know when I left that she never came, they were like “oh, okay”. They were not friendly. No smiles. The tub had a 50 cent piece rusted spot as well.

Stank and Dank

Run down, and dank. Security doors from the parking lot to the lobby broken, elevator lights flicker- like a scene from a horror movie. This hotel is the place you go to if you are on the run from the police.

When I was checking in. I was ignored for a few mins by the lady behind the desk. Then when I said something she gave me an attitude a was told I had to wait till she was done with her current game. That as an extra 5 mins. I’d post a picture here but it won’t let me. Will be posting on all other sites.
