Visiting Memphis

Overall the hotel was good for our 2 days in Memphis. Easy to find, close enough to freeways, the staff were very kind and friendly and always offering assistance. The room was a good size and I liked that there was a ceiling fan, don't usually see that. Bed was comfortable. Guests are able to park behind a gate that requires a passcode since it seems the area may not be safe at times. Some room for improvement, had to go out the same way you came into the gated area because the exit gate was broken. This required someone to get out of the car to key in the code. They were working on fixing it the day we were leaving. The door in our room had a door frame that was broken in one area and it seemed that there was a slight gap when the door was closed. We had a king suite so there was a sitting area and an area with the bed. Both had tv's but only 1 remote to share.

Very clean hotel, room was nice and comfortable. Two tvs in the room made it great with us having a toddler. Gated parking and bathroom/shower was nice. Pleasant surprise to have Dove soap, shampoo and lotion as well! Overall ver very good hotel especially for the price.
