Electronic keycard kept failing. Needed to be replaced more than once per day. No staff in the restaurant for lunch or dinner. On several occasions we waited in the restaurant hoping to eat. Several staff looked our way, but no one came over to help.

room was very clean and comfortable however in our four day stay we only received housekeeping one day. We did have a great housekeeper however and when we saw her in the hallway and asked for additional coffee, cups, water she was very accommodating and helpful.

Clean room, perfect amenities. Bar and restaurant. I love the Westin but i do wish they had the buffet style breakfast like they did before Covid. At least my Westin stay in Dallas/denver did. I like not having to find a decent breakfast m/brunch spot when visiting other cities because I’d rather use that time to relax.

Convenient to walk across the street to FedEx Forum. Rooms dated and given a room adjacent to the elevator shaft. Could hear every time the elevator passed our floor. Booked a two queen room but was given a one king with a pull out sofa bed instead. Checking in with the Bonvoy app was basically useless as I still had to stop by the front desk for room keys.
