Located in one of Merced’s most exclusive and desirable neighborhoods, this property offers a quiet, safe, and relaxing environment with no passing train noise like others close to downtown. The property features a front main house, a separate ADU in the back, a 40,000-gallon swimming pool, and sits on approximately 60,000 square feet of lands.

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom ADU comfortably accommodates up to five guests. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed, one queen bed, one twin bed. A comfortable leather sofa in the living room could add one teenager. With two full bathrooms and central heating and air conditioning, guests can enjoy a comfortable stay year-round. The front main house also offers two additional bedrooms for larger groups. One bedroom features a queen-size bed, and the other includes a king-size bed, accommodating up to four additional guests. These rooms may be reserved along with the ADU, making the property ideal for larger families or groups traveling together. But please call and email first to arrange.

The fully equipped kitchen includes two refrigerators, a microwave, a coffee maker, cooking pots and pans, dishes, and essential kitchenware for your convenience.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the swimming pool during their stay; however, pool parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
