Living area offer two King Size bed (2.00x1.95 m), air condition, plasma TV 40', table with chair, desk, space for hang up dress and comlete shower-rest room. Kitchen has big refrigerator with large freezer, gas stove with standart owen, all dishes. Outdoors you can find your own private courtyard and small garage.
Price are including bills of elecricity, gas for boilers, water, cable TV, WIFI cover of internet 5MBps, thash servis and servis for necesities in the garden (clean, water, cut etc.). Perfect for budget minded students, youth couples or pensioners. House is situated by quiet neighborhood near historic centre, about 15 minutes by taxi (20-30 Mexican pesos, cca 2-3 USD). The same distance are commercial places on periphery.
Merida is the largest city on the Yucatan Peninsula, situated 30 kilometers (20 miles) to see the beach. Rental car available for $350 Mexican pesos (cca 35 USD) per day.
