Es una casa pequeña y al llegar al chek in a las 9.30 de la noche (no hay recepcionista después de esa hora) tuvimos que esperar afuera 20 min hasta q llegaron los dueños de la propiedad, quedándonos afuera en una avenida medianamente iluminada muy alejada del centro de Mérida. Nos asignaron una habitación sin agua caliente y después de insistir a la mañana siguiente, hubo una pésima respuesta hasta q ante mi exigencia nos cambiaron de habitación hasta la 1 de la tarde y siempre hubo agua tibia
