The staff were very friendly made you feel welcome. Had good conversation with two of the staff keep up the great job. When back in Indian will come back there and stay. Love to Anett and Kirach room 228.

Everything was clean, I am mostly upset about the price we paid to wake up the next morning to hardly any breakfast options. There weren't pancakes because of the maker being down & there were no kid friendly cereals, so we went to breakfast elsewhere.

Staff were all amazing. Checked in at about 11 PM, the lady was very nice. She explained where everything was, and details on breakfast. The lady serving breakfast was very nice to me and my family and made sure we got enough to eat or drink for the day. If im ever back in the area I will definitely stay here again.

We did not stay at Tru. Check in was at 3pm. I arrived with my wife at 4pm and there wasn’t any rooms ready. We went next door to Home2 Suites and got a room immediately and received a free upgrade. They have to have rooms available when their guest arrive.

Great location, very friendly staff, lobby area well kept, gym is very nice along with the pool, very hot clean showers, and plenty of parking Noise level in the room was not great, floors needed cleaned, and our room door was so hard to open and close. Overall would stay again if I had a fan to cancel out the noise.

Very friendly staff, well maintained, Good Hot buffet breakfast, No carpeting on floors- they are clean! Improvements would be: free wifi, a little bigger desk for working and more of a business desk chair rather than a stylish chair plus a few more outlets at the desk location.

Nice for inconsistent

It was clean but smelled a bit weird in the room. My first was awesome so much so it was my first choice when I returned. I didn't have high expectations for the Continental breakfast but it was amazing my first stay. I was trash my second stay. Nice but inconsistent please work. P.S. the staff had plates of bacon but there were NONE for you guest.
