A comfortably furnished, almost 100 m² apartment in beautiful green surroundings "Am Dorfbach" with a large outdoor seating area.
Dogs are very welcome!
We have an idyllic, quiet and comfortably furnished apartment with almost 100 m², with a separate, ground-level entrance and thus easily accessible for people with walking difficulties, an outdoor seating area and a private fenced parking lot directly in front of the house. The apartment offers space for 1 to 4 people, with a 19 m² living room and two bedrooms of 20 m² and 10 m². There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and washing machine and the second with a walk-in shower and WC. In addition, there is a guest WC and a fully equipped kitchen with many amenities that invites you to cook. The adjacent "village stream" is a contemplative and calming "background noise" for many guests, on warm summer evenings "when barbecuing" or "relaxing".The apartment is located in a quiet side street. A 3-minute walk and you are in the center of the village, i.e. bakery, butcher, pharmacy, gift and florist store, post office, savings bank and Volksbank, café, indoor swimming pool as well as an ice cream parlor and boutique on the market square, all in the immediate vicinity. There is also a bus stop with connections to public transport and you can reach Freiburg in just 12 minutes. The location of the apartment is an ideal starting point, right on the doorstep, for hikes, Nordic walking or mountain bike tours in the surrounding forests or also ideal for bikers with tours through the Black Forest, into nearby Alsace to the French Vosges. A 5-minute walk and you can enjoy a magnificent view over Freiburg.
